Hydro

Bazaruto Hydro

▪ Co-developing a portfolio of hydropower projects with
GWA Power.

▪ The joint venture has identified and conducted prefeasibility studies on 12 project sites in north Malawi with a total capacity of 163MW.

Biomass

Bazaruto Biomass

▪ Co-developing the MaGETSI biomass project portfolio
with the National Smallholder Farmers’ Association of
Malawi (NASFAM) on their farms.

▪ In the process of finalizing the pre-feasibility studies in
collaboration with a specialized agronomist.

Hydro

▪ Co-developing a portfolio of hydropower projects through a joint venture (JV); Bazaro Hydropower.
▪ The JV has identified 3 project sites in central Kenya with a total capacity of 20MW.
▪ In addition, 9MW of development rights has been secured in western Kenya.

Hydro

▪ Co-developing a portfolio of hydropower projects with Hydroneo through a joint venture (JV); HB Hydropower.
▪ The JV has identified and conducted pre-feasibility studies on 4 project sites with a total capacity of 45MW in north Mozambique.

Wind

▪ Co-developing a portfolio of wind projects with SOWITEC.
▪ The joint venture has identified and conducted prefeasibility studies on 2 project sites with a total capacity of 200MW in southern central Zambia.

Hydro

▪ Co-developing a portfolio of hydropower projects through joint ventures (JVs); Bazaro Hydropower and Mapopomo Energy.
▪ The JVs have identified 3 project sites with a total capacity of 6MW in eastern Zimbabwe.
▪ In addition, 12.5MW of development rights has been secured in eastern Zimbabwe.

Wind

▪ Co-developing a portfolio of wind projects with SOWITEC.
▪ The JV has identified and conducted pre-feasibility studies on 4 project sites with a total capacity of 600MW in north and southern Zimbabwe.
